Le Manège de La Rotonde features delicate chocolate horses filled with vanilla marshmallow, a playful nod to the iconic chocolate bears that have delighted generations.

A composition of warm and indulgent flavours: a soft gingerbread biscuit, crisp Cazette hazelnut praline, orange marmalade and chocolate mousse.
