LE NEGRESCO’S SIGNATURE YULE LOG

With its majestic pink dome, the icon of the Belle Époque Le Negresco rises gracefully above the Promenade des Anglais. This year, our pastry chef Charles Bernard has captured the essence of this architectural landmark in a truly spectacular pastry creation. With its cylindrical shape, the Yule Log pays homage to the elegant curves of the dome and the monumental entrance of the hotel.

Covered in an elegant white and gold coat reminiscent of the signature colours of Le Negresco, this delicious pastry reveals a soft pecan biscuit, sublimated by a light Madagascar vanilla cream and a pear confit with fresh fruit morsels. The Yule Log is adorned with milk chocolate decoration, which leave a ripple of flavours on the palate.
