2023 EDITION - THE TOP HAT YULE LOG

Paying homage to Le Negresco’s valets, the Top Hat Yule Log blends French tradition and modernity for the end of year festivities.


For this 2023 edition, our pastry chef Charles Bernard blends elegance and subtlety in a soft hazelnut biscuit topped with a duet of light Piedmont hazelnut cream and a smooth milk chocolate cream. The creation is finished with a candied Golfe-Juan bergamot. This year’s Yule Log celebrates seasonal produce and perfectly showcases the French art of patisserie.
