The eight-course menu includes three starters (seafood and vegetables), two main courses (fish and meat), cheese trolley, and two desserts . Each dish is accompanied by a wine carefully selected by our head sommelier, Jean-Gabriel Siviragol , who will take you on a journey through fine wines and hidden gems.
